Shipping Orders

  • All orders are shipped in regular tracked mails with tracking numbers.

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.

  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after your purchase.

  • Orders are shipped by Chungwha Post - Taiwan post office.

  • Wholesale purchases are available, please contact me for more info.

  • For orders over 2kg, the shipping cost will be significantly higher, please contact me for price estimates.

Where do you ship to?

  • I ship to most countries that are available to ship from Taiwan, as listed on Chungwha Post.

  • If you don’t see your country on the list please contact me, I am happy to sort it out for you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • I do not except returns or exchanges on any items, please consider before you purchase.

  • I cannot be responsible for lost mails and do refunds since this is a very small business. Please let me know if there is a problem with your order, I will do my best to find a solution!
